Shipping Locations: We ship from our warehouses in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Europe, selecting the closest warehouse with available stock for the fastest delivery.

Order Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours after placing an order.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Orders placed with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer bears full responsibility, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Customs & Import Fees
Most orders are shipped from our global warehouses, including locations in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Europe.
We cannot guarantee that additional customs/import fees won’t apply. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
